Could this be for you?
Run by women for women, REGENERATE provides free therapeutic outdoor experiences for small groups of women, or women with children who are survivors of Family Violence.
The program also weaves in individual support to enhance your experience.
Take this time in nature to meet other women, have fun and create new positive memories.
You may learn something new, get a bit grubby, laugh, share, nurture others while nurturing yourself.
This program is a partnership between the Good Samaritan Inn and Adventure Works

These whole day sessions, often on a Wednesday, immerse us further into the benefits of Bush Adventure Therapy, and offer more time with others to get active, and absorb the healing nature offers us. Adventure Days are great on their own, and also help set you up for a camp if you wish to experience more.

Activities may include walking in nature, climbing and water activities.
Transport, food, drinks and equipment provided.
Departure is @ 10 am and return @ 5 pm.
Join us for a camping trip in the bush, ocean or river setting. There are 3 women only camps and/or 4 family camps available to choose from with the REGENERATE team. Some trips may offer shared accommodation or tents depending upon the location or program design and challenge. These 2-3 night experiences enables more time for adventures, friendship, healthy activities, fun and laughter. Different options, level of fitness and challenge by choice is always possible so come and get involved.
There will be space to reflect on how far you’ve come, to think about the ‘where to next’, and develop a positive future for you and your family.
